How is it that people don't know how to upload photos from their phone, but know how to take screenshots of photos and upload them from their phone?

68 GTO convertible in SC at $17K BIN. Looks like a yellow paintjob, but the docs say it's Meridian Turquoise. Prolly a beautiful car when new.

68 Firebird 400 project with a lot of parts at $20K in CA. Rebuilt NOM 400 and a lot left to do. It looks like the plan was to go the hot rod route. CA car, so rust free.

Chitty Chitty bang bang 454 4-speed in an 81 Trans AM is back at $1300 NR. Description seems honest to me FWIW. The car sold last time for just over $2K. Sometimes (not for this car) the buyer flakes and the car is relisted, with the new ad raging on the non-paying buyer (fair enough). If I was interested I'd ping the seller and find out. Anyway, the frame is not so bad, and this is a Trans AM, with a 4-speed and posi rear. Comes with a BOS sale only, but 454's aren't laying around junkyards anymore and is probably worth selling for some decent cash. It's a good parts car, and if it turned out to be a WS6, those suspension parts aren't laying around in junkyards either.

[QUOTE=thews;6594914]70 GTO in NM with a reserve. Ruff.
Thankfully he has a reserve, wouldn't want that gem to get sold off below its true immeasurable worth.

This 69 hot rod Firebird in CA is back at $48K. A lot of nice work was done on this car, but its message is very specific and will be hard to sell IMO. You have to find someone who wants to drive a funny car to the grocery store, and that's not as cool as it was in 1977. What is welded to the rear differential housing? Is that a parachute mount? The interior is interesting. It looks like a fuel gauge is located in back of the shifter, but it has a stock fuel gauge. Is it for the NOS? FWIW I've never been, or had a car with NOS. It's probably fun the play with. I drive a 2010 SS Camaro with the Rally gauges in the console, and I never look at them. You really have to go out of your way to continually monitor the vitals while driving. Lots of switches too. The "IGN" switch is labeled, and there's an empty switch on the RH side. I would wire it so the IGN switch had to remain off, and the RH empty to on to start the car. The WATER switch would come in handy to heat up the car faster. My Camaro has the fat 21" wheels, and is a death trap in the snow. With the fat wheels on this car, you'd never drive it in the winter. Another choice is the headlamps. I like stock cars, and the message the Halo's give off is it makes the lights they cast easier to see at night. Not sure how much more they cost, but prolly 2X. In the 1970's this car would have been the cat's pajamas, and it's when a lot of these tubbed cars were started. Once you put in tubs, you're kind of all in. Nice work for sure, and I'd love to drive it, especially if it had a lopey cam.

66 Lemans convertible in Tennessee with an LS2 at $55K. I think a lot of people think putting an LS engine in an old Pontiac makes it worth $50K. This is a nice car, but it's overpriced IMO compared to what you can get for $55K. In theory, you're changing the engine, gauges, etc., so it shouldn't really matter that this started life as a Lemans, but it does matter when you're asking for that much money. $55K cars don't typically have a home made speaker box sitting in the back seat. I dislike the halo headlights. They aren't go-faster things, but new technology things. I guess my tastes are just stuck in the past. I like old Pontiacs to look like old Pontiacs.
