Default Rear view mirror

Need to get the rear view mirror reslivered for my 72. I saw a post a few months ago about companies that restore mirrors but I can't seem to find that post. Can anyone help?

Hi...

From my thread:

https://forums.maxperformanceinc.com...d.php?t=874052

Custom Mirror Restoration quotes me a reasonable price to re-do my '63 day/night mirror (around $100, IIRC). I just haven't been in a good position to pull my mirror to send out, even though I picked up a reasonable spare to use in the interim. Maybe this week...

When I asked about mine, turnaround was about a month.

I was able to find a repro mirror for my 72 which has a 71 mirror due to early build. It was about $60 and looks very close. Some were about a half inch too short (11 1/2") in length, even though they described them as 12".

Send your original out, i bought the repro, didn't care for it and sold it cheap to a friend. Custom Mirror restoration has done 2 for me, very nice work.

sent her pics, $175 each for mine. one i think was from an early 70 judge i had, and one from my 72. forgot which one was which so sent both. I put the one with the grey rubber around it back on the 72. Think the black rubber was from the 70? maybe someone knows? She does very nice work!
