I saw this thing a couple months ago at MCACN. It's got damn near every option available.

Wow! What a beautiful car. Love the color combination. Never expected a wagon from the headline. I would love to own that one.

Honorable mention for Fred.
I didn't think a hood tach was still a factory option on '71 models. I'm probably wrong. |

$71,500. I assume that includes the buyer's premium.
I remember when I was young our neighbors had a LeMans wagon in the same color, without the wood paneling, and with the optional GTO nose. It's the only one I've ever seen in the flesh.

I think that might be the same wagon that sold a good while back with no documentation.
Was in decent survivor condition then . I've never seen a flesh woody wagon with Endura front either. That neighbor car was ultra rare Keith - and then ultra wild in that color. Only ever saw 2 Endura wagons at all and they were daily driven. Lime and Adriatic 350cid cars Only seen 2 other 71-72 Lemans woody wagons in the flesh. Both were in junkyards. A lot of options! And yes, the hood tach is original.

Definitely a one-of-a-kind wagon. It was a last year's MCACN and the asking price was $60k firm then. It has a buckle in the driver rear quarter panel just aft and over the wheel opening (you can see the dark area in the wood grain). Looks like it was bumped in the rear as there were other wonks in the sheet metal. Still, I wouldn't kick it out of my garage if I could afford it.

For sale not too far from me with many options; no hood tach though.
Much rougher condition but still interesting for someone looking to restore a wagon https://www.facebook.com/marketplace...147393475699/? |

It was a very cool car with all the options but the car has a lot of rust bubbling through. It needed a full restoration IMO. Looks great from 15' but disappointing in person.

ouch
It's probably heading for corrective surgery soon. There are some fortunate collectors that the price is no obstacle. |

What a unique car! Interesting tidbit is that you couldn't get dual exhaust on A body wagons, gas tank was too close to where the left tailpipe would go. Someone added it on this car.
