Default Barrett-Jackson stuff...

Streaming this, and wondering what the criteria as to which cars get pushed and others move under their own power?

I saw two 6,000 pound plus trucks get pushed by 2 guys straining their milk and a little Willys hop across on it's own?

Ya. Must get pretty gassy in there.

Maybe they want the crowd at a specific intoxication.

I'm flying out on Monday by coincidence.

Too bad as I wanted to see the spectacle.

Any cool pontipigs so far?

Mecum had way better PONTIAC cars being sold.

Not so much at Barrett this week.

Maybe it’s which ones have a dead battery/won’t start?

I NEVER watch Barrett Jackson, but being caught up on projects and it being-15 outside I started watching last night.
Anyway I can’t believe some of the 200K+ cars I see selling with 1/2 the brake lights not working as they slow down going down the ramp. Geez

Saw a ‘65 GTO selling last night, of course looks spotless under the lights, but the camera guy on stage with the car gets a low shot, and the exhaust tips look like they had dragged in the mud. Plain dirty.

I saw a few pics of the Lincoln that sold for $1M + fees and omg! So much cheap black spray paint. It went for a million! Not a Ferrari, not the bullit mustang…. A Lincoln convertible on bags with cool wheels and nice interior.

Saw a white '65 GTO post car, that brought $34,000. I was a bit shocked!
People have got "stupid money", with some of the "stuff" they are buying!
WOW!

Didn’t see it on, turns out it was on FYI. I gotta get the channel. Just keep paying more. Why not. Hate cable.
I hear Steve is back. That’s awesome.

Part of it was on The History Channel as well.

I watched a good portion of it this year, since they repeated it late at night each day I watched some of it in bed

As usual what looked like some good deals as well as some stupid money for some junk. $70K for a 70 Chevelle that was not an original SS & had a 10 bolt rear end in it!LOL. If the Sunbeam Tiger was as nice as it looked, it was a good deal at $80K. I had been looking at them 4 or 5 years ago & they were all running in the $120K range. My Wife loved the color on what I believe was a newer Lambo (very dark green) & wants me to paint one of my projects that color now.

God Bless
Bill

I saw it on History Channel Friday and Saturday. Not paying for FYI. Really great seeing Steve Magnante back again. I don't know what his health issue was but he was sorely missed. He's a smart guy and adds a lot to the show. I enjoy listening to him.

I watched on Utube. I don’t subscribe to any pay channels.
