1965 Quarter Panel Wheel Arch Patches?

I've looked and looked and I really hope I'm just looking in the wrong place.

Do they make patch panels just for around the rear wheels for my '65 LeMans? Or would I have to buy a whole quarter panel?

To the best of my knowledge there is no serious rust in the rest of the quarter. Just around the wheels.
