when I took the front brakes and backing plate off, there was no gasket on the spindle. I have the thin gaskets for the spindles. my question is, do they go on first behind the backing plate, or in front of the backing plates behind the hub.
Thanks, Dave |

My car had them between the dust shield and spindle.

Not sure what car you have, but 2nd gen firebirds & most other cars have the gasket between the dust shield & spindle.
