Default dry deck

the latest ia2 block I bought, someone drilled it to be wet decked. im probably never gonna be over 10-15 psi with this block but dry decking seemed to be a good idea. i dont know yet if the blocks 0 decked or not but it has been machined and surfaced. any problem with tapping for pipe plugs and tightening down to just below the surface?

as for the heads, they are not set up for dry decking. is there a simple solution to plugging them off?

edelbrock o ports

or should i just leave it wet for the lower boost?
