66 Dash Pad material recommendations

I want to replace the dash pad on my 66 Le Mans convertible. The existing dash pad has just a couple of weather checked places and should make a good base to cover with the correct type vinyl. I've looked around locally but haven't found anything suitable. Looking for viable options.
