Default Anyone in Sacramento CA area able to do a proper paid vetting on a 67 GTO

Friend of mine out west is in need of someone to do a pretty thorough vetting of a 67 GTO Convertible.
Car is a fairly high quality restoration overall and located at a dealer in Sacramento.
You will be properly rewarded , not a penny pincher .
Not looking for free labor or favors , need a real GTO guy .

They have the PHS to help document the EUN and TUN .
Looking to confirm originality , or define , current drivetrain.
Running - Driving - Functionality including power top and AC

Newly joined members need not reply .

I know we have some great PY members in Cali , but can't remember who is near where.
Many thanks .

If you are up for the task and travel , I think you are very well qualified .
If no one closer chimes in soon , and you are willing , I think you would be great !

You might try getting ahold of "Grantprix". He lives in the Sacramento area and is very very knowledgeable. He might even know the car.

I'd go.. but live about an hour and a half south and don't have the time.

I remember Grant. I sent him some original trunk extension molding clips many moons ago, back when we were on Classical Pontiac.

Here is that section of the members list
There are some other Grant names beyond those names - but none fit and all are 0 or 1 post count.

Will send him a PM .
Probably luck of the draw if he will see it since we don't get email notifications like we use to.
Thanks !

Grant and a local friend of his went and inspected the car Friday .
Very thorough - white glove type - going over .
Car was completely numbers matching , but quality didn't meet the price.

Very appreciative of the work they put in for my friend.
Over the top efforts that anyone would be happy to give compensation for .
Thanks Grant and Wayne
