Looking forward to nice cool AC as well! I’m installing my Vintage Air condenser and dryer today actually. So far so good. Made sure to wrap unit in cardboard to not scratch or dent!

Note to self… read entire directions before proceeding. Several steps would’ve been much easier to do in different order. Like trimming core support to clear lines, after condenser is already bolted in! LOL

Looking good, the Vintage Air kits go in pretty nicely. They work well too. Unfortunately nobody makes a kit for mine, so I'm just going to put an add on unit under the dash. I will probably end up with a lot of leftover parts after trial and error.

Got tired of not being able to see the speedometer at night, put led bulbs in and it's great now. "Ice blue" is the name of the color, has a good appearance. The darker blue was too much.

Yup, sorry I’ve been so busy with family stuff so way overdue. Took this the other day when my new double pumper carb and air cleaner arrived!

Put her on the lift at my son's shop- chassis, exhaust, complete underside virtually rust free and looking good other than years worth off oil from leaking valve cover gaskets. Changed oil. Drained coolant. Had to replace with water since have to wait until tomorrow for new hoses to come in. Will add coolant and distilled water then. Replaced alternator belt. Wrong size fan/power steering belt and a.c. comes in tomorrow. Good start, more left for tomorrow. Also my son's shop is about a 15 mile drive up the hwy. to Mt. Hood so nice little round-trip drive

Yes that's my build sheet. I didn't see the engine on it earlier and I also was able to find the vin codes and verified the 455. It's a dealership in McMinnville Oregon where the first owner lived and where the car was kept garaged until 2020 when the car was bought by the person I bought it from

99W and 99E were the main North/South routes through Oregon before I-5. W designation = west of the Willamette river,E designation = east of the Willamette.

Got the new billet flywheel and clutch installed on my 62, 11b engine (now 460 cu inches).

Well, don’t think I’ve mentioned it here, but was diagnosed with prostate cancer back in the fall. After many Dr. appointments on how to proceed, I decided to have it removed altogether, instead of radiation and hormone therapy. First day back home and doing fine. Too much on my plate for permanent naps right now.
My ‘55 still is in the upholstery shop, and when they removed the carpet, the rubber on the gas pedal pretty much fell apart. I found a nice one on Facebook, and it was waiting for me when I got home last night. Looks like it will clean up almost perfect, except for minor scuffing. It always amazes me when fellow Pontiac owners go out of their way to give great prices, or even give stuff away to fellow enthusiasts to dig up parts they need.

I installed new engine harness on Goldie (I bought through Ames ) and I installed stock point distributor. Harness fits good and the 215 is running and starting well.
