Default Ford Explorer rear discs

Any of you al used these on a 9"? How are E brake cable adaptable to GM products? Impala project getting a 9" and prefer discs over drums.

Moser was able to supply cables for my "78 T/A, they work well. They were made by Lokar if I recall correctly.
