In the process of restoring my 62 tripower air cleaner. Blasted down to bare metal and working from there. Had a few pin holes in the top that I will have to repair.

Installed Hood. Checked all gaps. Used some foil to check clearance for air cleaners. Victory!

Other than changing the oil for the driving season, I decided to mount my rattle can restored original dealership license plate frame. Almost all the chrome was peeled off of the frame, So I looked and found an old rattle can of "Bumper Chrome" and decided to give it a shot. I think it turned out OK, Compared to the price having it recrhomed.

Went to start the 67 GTO and all I heard was the dreaded "click." A quick check showed the battery was fully charged, all cables tight...and the voltage doesn't drop when it clicks.....guess further evaluation is going to be required.

Took in the SEASON opener, "for me at least".
Great weather and turnout. Was honored with the top in class award. CRUSING SEASON IS NOW OPEN  DRIVEM' if you can!
