1968 for sure, maybe 1969 too. There is a single digit on the bottom end of the tag stamped with another number that will ID that.
BI for '68 is for a 350/2 bbl with A/C or 400 standard.

Thank you for the quick response and great information.
That radiator came with my 68 GTO and is like brand new, maybe a recore?
Just one less thing that I have to buy for the car, It does have the 400 engine 4 barrel and no air.
