Default 1965 convertible LeMans GTO clone project $10k

selling my 1965 LeMans convertible that has been dressed up as a GTO.
I picked this up in the late 90s in Austin, TX. It has a good TX title in my name, but has not been registered in Rolla, MO where it is now.
It has been in various states of running and driving, but has now sat for too long after my move to MO.
Needs to go to new owner who can finish or restart and bring this car back to being the sharp runner it should be.
I have Pontiac documentation on it. It started out as a gold/gold/white 326 with 3 speed and center console.
Currently it has a 400 2bbl from a 1967 Catalina and a 4 speed. Engine will start and run. Has a new gas tank and Rochester 2 Jet.
I have some 470 heads and a 4bbl intake, tho I believe the intake is probably beyond salvaging as it came from a car that had no hood on it for some time and has internal rust.
Interior carpet, insulation, window rubber and gaskets, trunk gasket, door panels, and convertible top were placed in the car 1998. I am sure several things need to be refreshed again.
Drivers seat has been rebuilt; none of the other seats have, tho I do still have the materials for most of that. Front pass seat is from 65 buick
Paint is not good. We had several hard freezes recently which caused splits and popping of the paint. There are spots of body rust, older areas where there was bondo work (by LeMans badges), and the trunk pan should be redone. I believe the frame is good.
I had brake work done on it in 2022, but I would not want to drive it as is.
This car is a project and would need to be trailered.

Car is in Rolla, MO. $10k with all extra parts. I can send more pictures and answer any further questions via pm or here. Thanks for looking - Jim
