This car looks so much better than the 1st post ebay car. Could be the picture taking skills, but this new ebay car's paint looks perfect and it's original. Same color combo and the interior looks better as well with this new ebay car.

This is the car that 60sstuff references us with pictures all the time from.

This car has more mileage than the 1st post car.

The 1st post car did not have much paperwork to prove it's mileage where this new ebay car has a ton of great paperwork of it's history.

The new ebay car does not have much options and has the automatic on the tree, 4 barrel. Not the most sought after type of options.

So it would be interesting to see how much difference in the price between the two cars with one car having very low mileage with more desireable options and the other car being a true survivor with a ton of important history with fewer options.

A fellow member here once said it is the cars that speak for themselves, and between the two car the new ebay car wins.

Just attaching these here, for posterity. From the second ebay car.

This one, like the first, is also a Pontiac Michigan built car. VINs are somewhat close (338118 vs 317254) late in the model year. This one has an 06B body code. I don't think we ever saw the trim tag on the first one.

I also notice this car has rosette rivets on the VIN plate. By comparison, my car has round rivets.

The second ebay car is a true survivor, as you guys said. It's very, very obvious when comparing the two cars. Even as a stripper, It's the one I'd take....despite the fact that it has ten times more miles on it than Keith's car!!

Second car sold for $38k on re-list. Seems about right for a granny-optioned survivor.

The first car the sellers have bumped their head. That is not an original under the hood. I have one more nearly original that I can photo in detail some time. I remember my daughter, new owner, wanting to paint the firewall and I told her no. My dad bought the car new. It is a 4bl, automatic, air conditioned car with original parchment seat covers. Parchment got a black package tray for those interested. Her's has a blue bumper jack and it has the original US Royal tiger paw red line spare.

Hi, is this 65 4BBL. you speak of a "Sold new in Calif." car with the #614 option (Calif. Air Cleaner)?

Just one question on the 2nd 64 GTO car: Did we really need a picture of the body every 6" apart around the whole car? I was tired before I got to the interior shots.

But I will say it was a nice lower option, low mileage car. I was offered 42K for my 64 convertible quite a few years ago but the market has been down for quite a few years now.
