Default Help ID NOS Vacuum Dash Pot

Can someone help ID a NOS Vacuum Dash Pot that I got out of a bunch of stuff from my dads 72 TA parts?

The part number is 1996507

Air inlet valve vacuum diaphragm. Looks like it fits mid 70's vehicles. Part of the HVAC system probably under the dash. Grp. 9.281 if you want to look it up in a parts book.
