Update-cleaning out the garage a couple of weeks ago so I could bring a car back home form the shop and found this project thought I would try and finish. I had bought some trap doors from Canton and had a fabricator add some additional baffles with them. Mocked up a 22ga sheet metal tray then bought some 18ga sheet to duplicate it. I bent the front edge up a little so it can drain back in form the front-a little lip where milodon had cut then added the sump. Just nor sure where to add any additional drain holes. 5 trap doors.

Here is a GTO pan that is deeper from Canton but I extended the sump forward like an F body pan and then extended the top tray. It is on the 0.060 455 motor I just dynoed. Have a smoke machine on the way to be sure it is not the rear main leaking.
