1974 TA 455 auto air bare shell rust free

1974 TA 'bare,' metal shell. No rust in window frames,floors front ,rear,trunk very good. Only rust pin holes in lower rear quarters. No title, just bill of sale. Got in a trade. I have $5500.00 in it. Make offer. Car was at TA nationals yrs ago.
