Default WTB: 350/389/400 block in the Seattle Area

Looking for an known good engine block in the Seattle-Tacoma WA area. The block I have is cracked out at a head bolt hole. My project car isn't going to be a pristine concourse build so the engine doesn't need to be correct, just not interested in a rare 428 or anything. I can pick up in person. Perfer a bare block to a complete build.

Either of you know anyone in the area that would be interested in a 67' 4 bolt main 428 block, std bore, sonice checked for .060 if a person wanted to go that far, and a fresh cut .010/.010 matching 428 crank? Work done by Pacific Auto Machine in Renton, before he retired.
