Default Sun 600 Flathead Ford adapter

I’m told this is to mount a Flathead Ford distributor to a Sun 600. I left it gritty, but have all screws and fittings loosened up, so nothing is broke on it, just needs a cleaning.
I guess they’re pretty rare, seeing as how the Flatheads were already dinosaurs by the time most these Sun machines were made. I don’t know much about them , so had to look up past sales. They went from $150-375. The $150 one had pieces missing, so I figured I’d ask $150 to get it gone.
