Default And Now For Something Completely Different...

Who wants a rear spoiler when you can have a continental kit on your 69 goat! My friend sent me these pics he took recently. The plate style apparently indicates same owner since at least 1978. Apparently, he is 90'sh years old and still driving it.

Wow, a 90 year old pimp? Seriously though, IMO the 69 rear bumper treatment is near perfection and only rivaled by 66. No accounting for taste as they say.

some pretty substantial fabrication between the quarters and the bumper, looks like it's metal.

What would possess someone to go to the effort to do this?! And who encouraged it?! The bumper sticks out so far it looks like there's a seat on each side of the spare.
