I just picked up a 67 Bonnie covert. With a 428 HO with air it has 86k miles. I know this is a rare car especially with the HO but just exactly how rare? Does anybody have a breakdown?

"MikeNoun MikeNoun is offline
Ultimate Warrior If this helps at all, the Pontiac Installation Rates document shows the following for 1967 B-Body with the 428 HO : 3-speed syncro = 18 4-speed syncro = 355 Auto = 1,032 Mike" This was posted 2018. These numbers would be for all b bodies.

I tend to insure my cars for at least $5000 more than I have into them.

If you go with Hagerty insurance, pay the extra few bucks to get the car back if god forbid it is ever a total loss.

Per the GM Heritage Center, 386 Bonnevilles had the HO. 347 of them had automatic. Any deeper dive is impossible with the info they have because the pages are missing.
