This is a 79 10th Anniversary TA project...

It is a correct and matching 403 with an automatic transmission.

Why, WHY do people keep putting Lambo doors on their cars. They do fit on a Lamborghini, hence the name..... it's the only car they fit on.

That isnt even a 1999 3.8 engine for anything. That is a "Series I" 3800 supercharged engine from around 1992-1995.

I see he fixed the year in the listing. Too bad he messed up the quarters with those GTO badges...I mean, that's the one and only thing he did to 'make' it into a 'GTO'. It doesn't even qualify as a clone. Nice car really...but not nearly $27.5K nice...

He says it's a 285 HP original engine - this would mean it's the 4 bbl HO 326 - only 6,000 of those out there. (Mine was one - but it was swapped out long ago for a 400.)

I'd expect an educated seller to know enough to at least say it's a 4 bbl. (vs. the 130,000 or so V8 2 bbls that were sold.) Since this seller apparently thought the GTO badges were a good idea; my money says there's a 2 bbl under that air cleaner.
