Right, I almost **** when I saw my old thread finally make it. It took a new owner to make it happen though so maybe this one wont be far behind???

What is the fuse amp rating that goes inline in the brown tach wire from distributor to firewall? It's a unitized ignition if that makes any difference?

It's a SFE4, which is a 4 amp fuse.

Just an FYI......as I recall....all bulbs and fuses are listed in the owners manual...

Does look nice! Like to see PHS...
But, with OEM tranny long gone, does that mean OEM block too? The way it's worded implying it might be. Yet, no pix of vin or statement of matching block.

1972 T/A 4 Speed car.
Looks like a really nice car. Love the blue with white interior combo. Drawing some good money so far.
Personally I'd have to see the PHS, cowl tag, and VIN stampings on the body before I would even consider buying it, as I see a few red flags. |

Not easy making a ac car non...makes me wonder if it was made to be someone's dream car?
Has hit all my bottoms. But, I like the 71 TA matching number LB/Ivory deluxe 4 speed no ac with honeys. I couldn't swing the 89k Lingenfelter wanted though...

No A/C in Arizona? Ouch!
I noticed it's been painted assembled, paint on bolts, clips, fasteners that should not be Blue. Also looks like a '73-up hood, four holes across the front inner edge plus the oval hole instead of round. All things that could be fixed though. The Tremac seems out of place to me, in this car. Think I'd rather have even a regular M21 if a M22 couldn't be located. |

With current seatbelt laws, would be easy to Fail this car, as it has NO shoulder belts at ALL. ( shoulder belts were a DOT mandate Jan 1, 1968 , in the middle of the model year) I assume 71 style lap belts but cannot be seen. Most people probably dont care. Rear axle ratio isnt mentioned. Lot of money for this car. lots could be fixed easy enough. I assume about 20% of its price is Subjective. The 5 speed puts that user market, vs investor market in play now. Plenty of people that will throw 50K on a toy for a year ..just to say they had one.

I wasn't really concerned about the seat belt issue, I was more concerned about where the speedometer came from. He claims it to be 36k original miles. That just happens to be what is on THAT speedometer. The belt minder cars had the 73 style speedo's.

With the dash bezel 75 and newer probably the dash itself, the speedo is probably from the same place he got the rest of the parts?
