I will make the IA2 pump shafts soon. I understand that they are .125" longer than stock. This shouldn't be a problem to make, Its just finding the time to do it. It will be a couple of weeks yet.

Thanks...Scott

Scott,
I'm interested in one of your roller bearing cam plates. Could you send some pics. The pictures in the thread aren't there. What else would I need to use this?. My main caps have been line bored once already

I finally got to use one of these in a 535 build, WOW, When i look at the design and engineering behind its Extremely nice work and Frees up probably 10-12hp in Fricton from the front of the cam, Very Impressive and easy to read instructions and overal very well put together THE ONLY thing I changed is I put all my cam keys in Before the cam goes into the block so i don't beat on the bearings so in order to install it with the Cam key already installed I took a 3/16 wide square file and filed a Key way for the plastic Instalation tool and it worked Beautifully incase someone else comes a across the same thing Overal Its th only way to go if you are serious about making Power IMHO and i will definately be using one in my own 535! Good Job Scott!

Agreed excellent piece!!
That's a great solution to the key/keyway!!!
I wondered about that issue as well and asked about an alternative to it in regards to the centering tool being modified, in another thread.
I would use this in any Pontiac motor I build. This is my first. Great instructions.
I torqued my bolts to 18 and used red loctite.
My end clearance came out right on at .004
It's a great part.
