Not really. I think you just came back and Rob went to staging. I chatted with Carol for a sec, but she had ALL THOSE POTATOES to prepare so I went to watch Robs run. I must have jinxed him. Rain cut things too short for me to return.

I think a few people thought it was the last one built. Now all he has to do is go thru and count them all. What a fun time that would be.

I have always been under the impression that Caserio got the last SD built, a red 74 automatic car. Maybe it's just the last SD T/A built.

Bob, Caserio's car had a VIN in the 148000's.
It developed a coolant leak along the way and its original SD-455 was replaced with a hand-built SD-455 during, what I believe was the 1975 model year. So it may have the last SD-455 engine that was built by Pontiac. |

Isnt that the same one that sold for $57k two months ago by another classic car dealer? I remember the phs in the listing showed a bunch of things that were altered since. Like rear spoiler and power windows added, missing vinyl top and service replacement block.

I love all the hardware store fasteners used to assemble the front end sheetmetal, the bright silver M/C, and the lovely color blue that was used to paint the engine.
First glance, nice looking car!
