The left pic linkage is the factory,it is progressive.It opens the rear carb first and then pulls in the front carb.It can be setup solid but as installed on the factory cars it was setup progressive.Tom

Here is my 13 year old suns 62 LeMans we got it for a core motor and so far he has got a 70 400 long block turbo 400 tranny and is looking at a ladder bar set up for his rear end swap and is looking into the transmission tunnel swap. It is great to see him so motivated for a project like this. Please don't mind the mopar s/s hood scoop he wanted to see what it looked like being kind of era correct But he has decided on a super duty scoop for authenticity

What does your throttle bracket look like? I am using a cable and pedal set up from a '67GTO which uses the 4 bbl manifold bracket. It works but not as I would like.

I am using an Offy 360 with 2 '65 AFBs. I have tried both progressive and direct but it appears to work better direct. Any pictures or suggestions would help.

Stock pedal and linkage on both the 61 and 63.

Been working on the wife's convertible. The trim is about finished and the power brakes are installed. The 326 engine is under wraps waiting its turn. As soon as more of the mechanicals are finished, the new convertible top needs installed and then it will be the original interiors turn.

c5farmer, did you have a 3rd bracket with that setup, a small angle brace that goes from the driver's side master cyl mounting bolt to the inner fender?

Yes, That bracket was included in the box. Looks to be very easily fabricated.

I didn't mean to get into this so deep: Purchased 1st 63 on ebay and got screwed with a non fixable rust bucket. Found 2nd car in Oklahoma and it was an original Calif black plate rust free car (black/red) without engine, seats or drive train. It has been at least a 3 year journey to this point. Currently installing 65 tri-power to be followed with power steering, aftermarket air ... on and on! John

John, Your car has come a long way! And it sounds like you have nice additions to go. Enjoy it this summer at the cruises. Sharp looking Lemans. Several members on the forum have added modern power steering and brakes, so look for their posts.

Making a little progress on the wife's Lemans. The nice weather is helping. The bumpers and trim are installed. The engine is hooked up to the transaxle, but nothing else. The car is coming along and should be running early summer.

Been tinkering with the 61. Had to take my 4GC back to the shop I had go through it. Wasnt right. Was hoping it would be up & running this weekend. I an susposed to be in 29 Palms Cali. next saturday for a car show & visit relatives. Now that probably wont happen. Never fails!!

Almost ready for paint, body work completed. Looking forward to putting it all back together and driving her around again. Told it should happen this coming week.
