This Girl has some serious lines! 💙 It was quite a "job" getting them all lined up, but with patience and a lot of time, she is put together, including the door glass and hood! Clark Gick came over and gave her the once over. He looked it over, smiled and said, "Very nicely done Kurt". That was the nicest thing he could have said! Thanks Clark!...
Had the time to inspect and re coat the wire looms for the tail lights....

Default What a Treat!!

WOW!! Thanks to Dane Belden for putting this together! More importantly is the fact that his company has the "goods" to make even the novice look great!
And further more, when you call them, they are willing to treat you as if you are their only customer! Remember, they send instructions along with their products....even though "real men don't read instructions"!!

Default Interior Time

Did I mention "interior"? Let the shopping begin! Will be completely removing the dash to "see what's under there".
I have been stating that I want white and not parchment...Pearl White would look so awesome against the "Blu" with the red accents on the car...

Kurt;
If you are looking for votes on what color to change the interior to, let me chime in and say the white would look awesome! The examples you have shown is( I believe) is called tuxedo ( white with black trim) and is , in my humble opinion, the cleanest, most eye catching combo.

I'm all in with you WC!
I have always loved the tuxedo look! I can only imagine just how pretty this Lemans will be with her new paint, new interior, some red accents including the red calipers peeking through the AR Torque Thrust D wheels wrapped in BFG Radial TA tires. Not to mention the sound of the 350 breathing through that Pypes Race Pro exhaust out the back with her GTO valance!
MAN....I'M EXCITED MORE NOW THAN EVER!!

My son used to work at NPD. He said they sold UPI often. Look decent.

Z4,
I have used PUI before on my Camaro. It seemed to work okay for me. I wasn't sure about the quality difference between PUI and Legendary....not to mention the difference in dollars...

Yesterday I started the tear down of the dash. I wanted to see just what made the car tick. Only thing I found was "Lots-O-Stuff".....

Lack of photos?
I am now and have been working on the dash rebuild for the last week...
I want to post photos of before, during and the final result. Right now I have her on the bench and getting things back together....
I would like to say that it is looking amazing, but it is not back in the LeMans yet...

Default Interior Progress!

Made so great progress on the interior yesterday! Just about done rebuilding the dash...waiting on one piece. It should be here on Monday! As you can see, things are beginning to take shape...
The old interior from the factory was Sandlewood...not anymore! Love wearing a "Tuxedo"...Black and White ...

It all looks good! Interesting work on the Dual Gate. Where'd you get that ball with the shift pattern engravement?

Is that a reproduction console? It doesn't look like it's covered? Or is that an illusion?

Greg, Thanks for your continued support of this rebuild. I bought it from https://www.ebay.com/str/thepartsplaceinc
