hey everyone,

here is my NONmobile restoration project... It's 40 x 60 with probably 15' high ceilings.

It was built in the late '30s as a Nash service garage and dealer, then was a Pure station then an Enco until about 1965. Window panes were cut from Model T windshields (remember, this is depression-era construction, guys).

I already have hidden cameras installed both on premesis and on the neighbor's...I pay his cable TV bill, he lets me install cameras on his property so I can see the shop via the WWW whenever I want.

Anyway this is going to impede car project progress, but all my life I have had AT BEST a 1 car garage.

Thats the most awesome garage i've seen on here ! Wow, I'd kill for a piece of history like that. If the walls could talk !

thanks, axle! I have been aware of the place for 15 years...it'll take me 15 years to get it where I want it to be so I can enjoy it for the following 45 years!

AXLE - I agree 100%, the clock was planned to go into the office, I just have not gotten it moved yet.

what search words are you using for this?? I am trying to buy used like this, and my searches never pull in what I am looking for.

I type in shelving on the search bar. A whole bunch of crap comes up but theres usually some good stuff in there to. I checked Milwaukee and these were in there. Probably get them cheaper.

Well forms and rough plumbing starting to take shape. Ran into a compaction issue so probabaly won't pour until Tuesday.

Well walls finally are up. They get inspected and poured tomorrow. Roof will go up next wednesday. At least it's starting to look like a real garage now

I HATE it when my wife does that! And my door is 18' x 8' so it would let in a whole lotta snow!!!
