This is a loss for me.

I never met Greg, nor interacted beyond the forum, but he had a positive influence on me for many years. His posts, answers, and project examples were motivational and never negative. We had a lot in common and I loved looking at his car and work that he did.

Sad to hear the news, hope his friends and family know he was valued by complete strangers.

Will be sad to stumble across his posts but will also remind me his positive influence lives beyond him.

Mike

"Will be sad to stumble across his posts but will also remind me his positive influence lives beyond him." well said Shiny

I also have never met Greg in person, but he always provided good honest advice from his experiences.

I remember he was an inspiration to me on my project when he was welding those patch panels into his 68 GTO.

my deepest condolences to his family

Praying for strength and comfort for all that knew him!!!

I was looking forward to him getting his 66 GTO on the road...

So sorry to hear this. Greg was a stand up guy. I meet Greg about 15 years ago, I bought an admiralty blue 74 Firebird from him. I drove from New York to Georgia and pick it up. From him. We talked for a bit, just a great guy! RIP Greg.

Just one example of the guidance from Greg that got me through a project with confidence.

What a loss. I'm really sad after revisiting this one...

I never met Greg in person (I don't think), but we exchanged emails or PMs back when he had a 1974 Trans Am. He was a great guy, will be missed.

This is very sad to read.

My heart goes out to Greg's friends and family.

I remember the 'Greg needs us' thread, and him chiming in...

His presence will be missed.

I did not know the guy but seemed to have a real positive outlook on life even after being diagnosed with cancer. RIP

Default Here is a pic of Gregs 68 GTO

Greg sent me this picture of his 68 GTO after he put the tag on the front.
He had bought the tag from me.

He will be missed.

This is terrible news!

We had been praying for Greg for quite a while in his battle against this terrible disease. Greg was a customer of mine & a great guy I enjoyed spending a bit of time with in person as well as on the forum. Truly sad day for the Pontiac family.

God Bless
Bill
