Doug,
I have one NOS fender & valance along with a rust free original GM fender & hood from AZ. The endura was in pretty nice condition so I'll reuse it. I still have 3 qts left over from the original 1 1/2 gallons of paint I bought when I painted the shell so I think I'm safe on the color match. (famous last words!)

From what I hear the repro fenders ~ hood fit good & the valance is supposed to be stamped on GM tooling. I think you'd be in shape if you choose the repro parts.

If you can pretty well duplicate your conditions to when you sprayed the body and the technique when you applied the paint you should be in pretty good shape. Plus solid colors are easier to match when sprayed separately compared to metallics.

Steve, did you find any of the confidential v.i.n.'s behind the heater box or elsewhere on that car?
