Hey Guys... Yes Todd and I used to be good friends. I met him over the Internet on the old boards as Lee had mentioned. Our friendship lasted for a few years. I have not spoken to Todd in well over a year.

I am not quite sure what has happend over the past few years. My dealings with Todd have always been very good. Recently, I have been contacted by a few people trying to track down Todd. Aparently they get my name off of a web site that I created and he contributed to. (http://members.aol.com/gold66gto/arrowhead/main.html) I spent the better part of the morning yesterday bringing it down.

To the best of my knowledge Todd does not work for Danny Scott. He was doing some side work for a guy named Jim who sells a lot of parts (year one restoration) in Michigan.

I just want to make it clear that I am not in business with Todd nor have I ever been. As Lee stated, we have pretty much gone our seperate ways.

My intent here is not to bash anyone or discredit them in any way. I have spent a lot of time cultivating some very good internet relationships over the years. I have met some quality people who have helped me with more than just cars. I certainly do not want the actions of another (who ever that may be) to negatively effect me.

Good luck on getting your parts,

Kev

Just for your information, TA Todd frequently lists items in the classified section of the CP site.

FYI....well, i get home today and believe it or not, the item i purchased from Todd M. showed up. Postmarked 02/19/01. Don't know if the USPS had anything to do with it after filling out the paperwork for them, but I'm glad I used a USPS money order.

No explanation was included as to why it took over 2 months to ship product.

Oh, well....I've bought lotsa stuff on the internet, and this has been my first really difficult transaction.

Wow, I hope my rims show up!!! I have all but given up I would ever see them. Sent Todd a money order at the beginning December. I have called him at least 15 times and I talked with him. He kept promising to ship them "that weekend". 14 weekends later, no rims. Careful with this guy.
