JB weld it!
I love that stuff. Sealed up a busted seam on my radiator with it..a corroded seam spread apart and the corrosion blew apart under the pressure and the radiator drained in under a minute. I JB'd the entire seam about a thousand miles ago. Worked like a charm.

a NON real fix would be to use Marine tex. that will work on that exact crack if prepped correctly, but it will not last forever as rust can still form on porus iron under it, same with JB weld.
