What if the buyer from a BJ auction backed out of a deal
that didnt look so good later? In this case I think the buyer has a legit excuse. |

Owner pays both 8% on sale and 8% on buyer I was informed. So last years RAIII TA that was sold back to original owner @ 105K paid 16K in BJ fees. That sound too unreal!!!
