Pro-tour, what about polygraphite? Afaik, they are self lubricating and do not squeek/bind like regular polyurethane. After around 600 miles, I haven't had any issues with them, and the lack of binding etc. was why I chose them over polyurethane.

Ditto to the broken sway bar links, I have one in my garage, but this one seems to have snapped in the middle. I should add this was before rebuilding the suspension with polygraphite...

Im not talking about squeeks, but squeeking of poly bushings is the result of friction between the polyurethane and the steel caused by tight bushings and or bind, now there is no such material as Polygraphite it's a marketing name infact it is a registered trade mark it is a graphite impregnated polyurethane, it is better than std. poly in rotational applications but this does not stop the poly plastic from wearing down without lubrication it mainly masks the problem by minimising the squeeking if used poly bushings should be treated like solid bushings and must be greased on a regular bassis and this brings the problem I have with control arm poly bushings, they are not greaseable and as far as the rear suspension goes the forward pivot points should always be rubber or some type of spherical bearing tp allow multy dirrectional movement as both sides of the suspension are tide together by the solid rear axle housing, now if this is a drag race car you may use solid bushings in the rear, this all is the same reason why you would not use a spool in the rear end on the street ( yes I know someone will shime in and say I do , well it doesn't make it right).
P.S. I do want to add to my first post that only sway bars should get poly bushings, I should have also added that rear leaf spring shackles and one end of rear control arms can use poly bushings as long as one end is allowed to twist .
