Finally got a full quarter mile pass . The 60 foot was not great at a 1.64 the pass was a 11.44 at 119.4 in a street driven 3800 lb full interior car with power brakes and power steering. I guess that is fly-en but you always want more. If the mt street radials were more consistent I might be able to lower the 60 foot they either to hot slimy or to cold not enough air to much air. Is any body running into this ? Also do anybody run m&h and have this problem or is this all radials?

Great perf pinballDan.

MY 12.0 signature 60foots were dialed-in by gapping the front snubs of the J-Bolt to ~ 1/2 inch by installing some wedge metal at the perch pads. Then "I forget" what I did to the rectangle U-Bolts but dooo remember the Driver-side U- was the offender. 1 adjustment and 60-foots came right-in. I figures the fundamental parts were the 5-leaf stiff-stack + the J-bolt Slap Bars. Front suspension was fully stock with biggie sway bar. Battery in trunk was driver-side.

Kinda wishin I had your engine perf about now.

All I'm using is lake wood traction bars. Without j bolts. How far off the spring should the front rubber snubbers be ?

I am certainly no expert but I am not certain the bars without the j-bolts are worth much of anything. I would in the least upgrade to the Comp. Eng. bars or Caltracs.

And now, Dan's MOPAR and Chevy buddies will shut their collective mouths! There was a running bet the Pontiac wasn't capable of 11 second times without power adders... They simply haven't been paying attention...

Great job, Dan!

Per my Post #23 1/2" gap on Driver, and perhaps 5/16 to 1/2 " on Passenger worked for me. Then again it was a 1-adjustment success story. Could have been more 60foot hiding in there...
