Depends on whom you send it to. We do Pontiac headers for $225/pr. If you're sure they will fit, you can have them drop shipped to the shop of your choice to be coated.

IF you have 600+ hp 1-7/8 will still be fine you will sacrifice a little but not enough to lose sleep about, heck there is a 69 GP with RARE Super Long Branch round port manifolds at 650hp, you don't need 2'' primaries, yes it makes more power but the fit is worse and you can't find any that are made for your car! get your wallet out! 1500$ custom coated 2'' primary 3.5 collector headers is what i have been quoted and that was low because i wanted SS

I agree with 440 and to do headers twice on an A body will more than test your patience. That job is worse than miserable, good thing I just put some on an F body that was pretty easy wrenching the bolts in.
