Pontiac put 72cc no.48 heads on a 350P to make the 350 HO- other than the smaller opening for the 326 and 350, I don't see what else would be needed for that head gasket. It's also a Corteco gasket, so as long as everything is clean and flat it should seal very well.

The 350 HO #48's have a smaller 66-68 cc chamber than ther regular #48's.
