Hmmmm... I was born in October of 1970, so for the purposes of this question would I be driving a 1970 model or a 1971 since they would have been out by my birthday?
![]() If 1970, I'll say RAIV 4 speed Judge in Orbit Orange. If 1971, I'll go with a base T-37 with a 455 HO and 4 speed in Lucerne Blue.

Therefore I would drive a 1967 LeMans OHC Sprint convertible 4-speed. Silver with red interior. Again, loaded to the gills. And put Hurst wheels on it with redlines... |

'40 Merc coupe. Only year the shape of the top differed from Ford- a little bit more "formal" looking. In my highschool days a guy in the next town had a beautiful one, stock-bodied but repainted aquamarine. When he swapped in an Olds V8 I got his "3/4 race" flathead for my '47 Ford tudor.

Probably should pick a '68 442 like I grew up in (Family had 2 in a row, first one bought new when my dad was stationed in my birthplace VA)
Really would like a '68 GTO Conv RAII 4 spd though Current things I own from my birth year are a '68 4 spd Camaro and my AK |

Awesome example but I prefer the factory 2-tone look. ![]() I have seen three or four '59s (EC) in white over green over the years, and actually drove one that was for sale in 1979. I passed on it because it was a 283/powerglide and I had my heart set on a stick-shift model. If I had been a school mate of yours, you would have been my best buddy. I had the AMT model kit when I was about 14 (still have it packed away somewhere) and have always loved the 59-60 El Caminos. |

Well, my first choice would be the 1954 Bonneville Special...
![]() But it might be a little hard to afford... More affordable, but still expensive, the 1954 Buick Skylark... ![]() And I really want one of these - 1954 GMC 5 Window...
