No rather drive it like I SOLD it

Keith,
Outer ring spinning freely as well as the inner doing the same for a time.
Bolt was loose but luckily stayed put.
Best we can surmise is that it had been loose and the tang came out far enough to spin off set and at some point got wedged again in it’s last position
(Pic in last post)
After getting back together and not being able to draw fuel is just a WTH thing,
possible air lock, but that makes no sense with the vented cap.
We'll see in a bit if she will start again.

Seen a new post with a similar issue and just thought I would update;
The Old Tempest is now enjoying her retirement down on the gulf and still running strong!
