Get the cooler as far from radiator as you can to minimize heat from radiator warming the intercooler at rest or idling in staging... If you decide on intercooler change go with air/water... they are usually far more efficient and not dependent on fan or car motion to begin cooling. A/W the size of your A/A would handle way more power. You might save a good amount of real estate with A/W dependin on your needs.(usually A/W is far smaller than A/A and still do a better job.) A/W doesnt have to run ice water and water in circulation unboosted tends to keep water at/near air inlet temp.

Your project is looking good!

PS... had a good laugh the other nite at our local cruise... a kid with a Vortech on a honda had an A/A intercooler between radiator and block! I didnt have it in me to wish him luck...
