I pulled and resinstalled the rear on the four post. After getting everything loose lowered it to almost floor level, used the floor jack to lift and turn it, raised the car and the rear was on the floor. Installed the same way, by myself.
If I want all four wheels off at one time I have one jack tray, it comes with the lift, really need to make another but, I put the rear on stands in the tray, put the other two jack stands on the floor in front, lower the car and the front frame lands on the stands, use my wheeled stool like if it was on stands on the floor. Two wheels off I put it at whatever level works best.
So far I haven't had anything that couldn't be done, but to pull the engine with a cherry picker would be interesting. I usually put the car in another bay for that.

If you're like me you probably bought the single stage trans jack, I should have sprung the extra $ for the 2 stage, it will go low enough to roll the trans out, and the rear end as well.
