FWIW (very little I'm sure), there were some very minor structural differences made in the '65 models. The one most people know is the slight flange on the front edge of the 64 1/2 model's hood. Another is the shape stamped into the right side core support. The pot metal quarter extension at the tail light is also formed different along the edge.
There are others, all very subtle things distinctive to the two releases. |
