If you are a racer at any level, this is a must attend event. I have been to every one of them, as they moved around the country. Really glad it is now just 2 hours from home. Aside from looking at all the new racing bling, this is where you can get your questions answered by the owners, engineers and others who really know the products. Not some lightly trained kid on the phone sales line. This is where the professional racers go for new products, technical information and to set up buying for the next season. It is very low key as far as trying to prove how important you are. This year I saw John Force, Tim Wilkerson, John Kasse, Linda Vaugn, Mario Andretti, and dozens of other famous people quietly going about their business. Not a place for autograph hounds or stuff like that. It's all about racing and business. I have always just kept my distance quietly listened-in to hundreds of technical conversations going on around me. I have learned lots of valuable information just by being near these conversations. It's a don't miss activity for anyone who can get there. I have never heard anyone say it was a waste of time.
