Yes I got an email from him and he states it is all original ? Even with the incorrect seats this car has a lot of issues. He does say ram air is an add on. I own a 68 convertible and can't believe that those bids are for real , I hope he does well but I hope the buyer does his home work because he is never going to see that money again. $60,000.00 and climbing is crazy but it's not my car or my money.

$75,000 for that car and he didn't take it?
As both Aretha Franklin and Buford T. Justice are famous for saying..... 'Ain't No Way, Ain't No Way'....

Yep... if you look at the bid pattern the bidder t***y jumped the bid up $10K with one bid, when the first couple of real bidders was inching it up $100 at a time from $15k.
Looks to me like the guy was advertising it on ebay ... he didn't want it to sell on ebay, he wanted to show it on ebay and make a deal elsewhere and avoid the fees, so he puts a silly reserve price on it, drives up the price with fake bids, gets attention, finds a fish in the bidder list, and approaches him outside of ebay. |

What's interesting to me is there were 3 bidders over $67,000 on this car.
