I shipped PMD heads in Samsonite suitcases, and stuck them on a Greyhound. Buyer had to show up at his local terminal. Could Pick up & carry by the handle. Was cheaper and easier than anything else at the time.

Sent the fella a 389 crank in a suitcase too.

Rolled them in cardboard and sealed that with filament shipping tape. UPS.

Default shipping heads

Hey my 62 dport cast iron heads came wrapped in very stiff card board and put into some old head boxes , I think they were old Edelbrock head boxes arrived by UPS and no issues . Good Luck .
