I ran into someone I know a few weeks ago who lives 1/2 mile through the woods from this elderly man who says it may be for sale.......they had been to his shop and saw it within the last year. I will inquire and post back, but may take some time......I rarely come on here/read content anymore.

Hot Rod did do a story on the car along the theme of first pump gas Pontiac at 742 hp, iirc.

There was an article on the engine build in either Engine Masters or Hot Rod Engines maybe ten years ago. I have it so will try to find it or the link to it.

when did the grill change? One pic shows a 72 grill and simmons pic shows a 73 grill. Neat car by the way.

Love the first picture of it in the garage with the 73 front end, it looks like a straight and smooth paint job.

Ya my buddy Jim did a real nice job on the body and paint it had a 72 grill in it when i sold it to Bruse and Andy.

We mini tubbed it and did the cage at a buddies house in two weeks two full weekends and after work during the week.I put the rack in it while it was apart being painted the next year.The nice thing about putting the rack in was you can use 2nd gen fbody headers and not have to dent the tubes in for them to fit.
