I guess I've been lucky lately with cars having a factory 8-track. I bought a '70 GTO last month and it had 8-track in it too.

You are the man Russ! I was wondering when I saw that you were looking for some 5x5 rallyes. Delivered completely across the country for a grand..I'd say that's a deal.

No, definitely not Russ. I just accused him of changing cars like I change socks just a few weeks ago. If anybody is the guy that never sells anything, that's ME.

Have you guys noticed that (in 69 anyway) that floor mounted 8 tracks were always black (rather than color keyed)? My Bonnie ragtop has its factory installed 8 track and it is black in an otherwise gold interior. My 4 door hardtop Bonnie is the same with a black 8 track but a green interior. On A bodies it seems to be the same for floor mount 8 tracks but console mounted ones are interior color.

Lol, I just hope he takes some pictures of work done to the car, while he has it, and shares them with us!

It was so difficult for me to not buy this. So close and great price. Good for you man! This is such a great car. Talked to the guy once but have other things that kept me from it.

I had the car delivered and clean it up a little. I also found out some history on the car. The Original owner was a superior court Judge in that county he was from, he bought the car 4 years before his retirement and died in 1988. It sat in the garage from 1986 (when it was last tagged) till the guy I got it from bought it 5 years ago.

I agree, the 2 cars I had with those 721 Radials had them split up the tread when they were less than a year old and throw the caps like a retread will do. Never had one blow out, but they caused a lot of rear 1/4 damage to my old 65 2+2.

Nice weird Sedan, I really like it!
