That's why I find the 67s so intriguing. Even Pete McCarthy said there weren't any four bolts in 67, and he ordered a 67 Ram Air GTO back then. The four bolt block used casting 9792510, and so far it looks like they all share the same casting date, D247. But the 67 Firebird went on sale February 23rd, so we're looking at a two month window where there could have been some two bolts built?

I was mistaken!
I am re-reading the section in Rocky's book about the 1967 Ram Air engines (pp 52-56);
it clearly states that before the changeover, all 1967 RA blocks used the standard '133 2-bolt block.
I stand corrected.
