I went with new center section. Looks much better. Here is my build sheet.

1967 GTO, 467 roller motor, e heads ported, tremec T56 magnum 6 speed and
9" done. EZ EFI 2.0 with FAST dual sync distributor and separate nitrous system done. Track is at 4300 ft elevation. so far a best of 11.95@116. Suspension now getting dialed in...tubular front a arms with dual adjustable coil overs HR Parts n stuff rear bar and whole car lowered 3 inches..

I went new housing, backbrace 35spline (no up charge). basically a lot of overkill but if I go bigger later I should be fine.

Parts are coming in.mocked up the brake's and im impressed so far. 3rd member and axles tomorrow i hope!

Good luck getting the third member out of the bucket they ship it in LOL. I almost cracked my kitchen floor tile trying to get it out it was wedged in there so tight. Very novel idea way to ship it though

Thanks for the warning! I have seen videos where people store them in the 5 gallon buckets. I'll probably cut it off if it doesnt come out easy.
